I cannot confirm if they're open on The 30th of december, but i'm quite sure they don't take reservation, you register how many that want's to eat at arrival, and they put you in que. Usually between 30-45 minuters waiting. During that time you can sit in their cellar and drink a beer and get a snack-plate, and The staff Will tell you when your table is ready :).
The kitchen closes 23.20 weekdays An hour earlier on Sundays.
